the greeting by K and Co
A mixture of media. Dawn Bibby vellum over hand made flower encrusted paper. the ribbon is bradded on, front and back.
The cut outs are from a 3d decoupage set but not all layers were used. I Highlighted the flower colours with gelly roll glaze
